Description
Williamson Single Shot Deringer in caliber .41 rimfire with auxiliary/adapter percussion chamber. According to Flayderman's Guide to Antique American Firearms, this was invented by David Williamson of New York City and manufactured by Moore's Patent Firearms Company of Brooklyn, New York and later by its successor, The National Firearms Company, also of Brooklyn. They were made after the Civil War.
Good Very Good condition. 100% original, 100% complete, and mechanically perfect. Steel is uniformly gun-metal grey with shallow surface pitting. Tight, solid, and very appealing. All metal markings are legible but worn Wood is Very Good showing expected handling age. Add $15.00 for materials, packing, and shipping. Insurance is $1.50 per $100.
