Extremely Important and Historic Paul Revere Silver Pitcher. with impeccable provenance. The Pitcher is 6 3/8 Height 7 3/4" Wide Spout to end of the Handle and a 4" Base diameter. It is engraved with the initials of Benjamin Russell American Journalist and founder and editor of the newspaper "Columbian Centinel". He learned the printing trade in the printing office of Isaiah Thomas where he learned to set type. His fatherparticipated in the Boston Tea Party and his son was a noted Ships Captain. His biography is extremely impressive and more impressive is the continued ownership through the family of this wonderful artifact.Both Revere and Russell were involved in the founding of the Massachusetts Charitable Mechanic Association.
