Ottoman based on the Model 193 chair by Danish Designer Inger Klingenberg (1932-1997) for France & Son and imported by Modern Art collector and high end Danish Modern furniture importer John Stuart of John Stuart Inc. of New York. Having a finely joined and architectural teak frame with a floating pagoda shaped seat newly upholstered in an off white textural Knoll bocule fabric. The teak is richly colored a dark honey from over the years creating a beautiful patina. Inger Klingenberg was formally trained in Copenhagen and was a designer of furniture, fabrics and jewelry. Dimensions: Height: 18 in (45.72 cm) Width: 18.25 in (46.36 cm) Depth: 15 in (38.1 cm) Seat Height: 16.5 in (41.91 cm)

Good
Reupholstered. Wear consistent with age and use. New Knoll fabric, the frame had a light restoration, some area sanding and oiled. There are still a few areas of wear from use and age, we keep the restoration as light as possible, preserving the character of the piece.
