The bowl well potted, with deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot, brightly enameled to the exterior with a mountain landscape scene, between a band of bright yellow glaze Ruyi pendant band and a band of upright lappets, the interior enameled with turquoise glaze, the recessed base bears an apocryphal four-character Qianlong Nie Zhi mark in a double-lined square seal mark in underglaze copper red. {Width 8 1/4 inches (21 cm)}. Condition: Overall wear, chips to the rim and interior, light surface scratches, surface wear, manufacturing defects, and enamel losses.
