Philippe Starck (French, b. 1949). Leather, chromed metal, 1987. Manufactured by Driade Aleph. Height: 33 1/4", Length: 22 3/4", Depth: 26", Seat Height: 18". Pair of leather lounge chairs with blade-like cast aluminum back leg. Marked to leg, "ALEPH by Starck". Also marked with Aleph labeling to underside. Originally designed for the Royalton Hotel.
