After Charles Le Norreys (Canadian, 20th century). "Sea Horse King". Plaster, 1980. Distributed by Alva Museum Reproductions. Sculpture: Height: 14 1/2", Length: 14", Width: 6". Base: Height: 1 3/4", Length: 13", Width: 5 7/8". Bust of a stallion with a seashell mane on a wooden base. Signed, "Le Norreys 1980 Alva" to the side. Museum reproduction made by Alva. Provenance: From the Estate of Mary Jane Devlin, lifelong resident of Toledo's Old West End and grandniece of Michael J. Owens, glass manufacturer and inventor.
