GEORGE, DUKE OF KENT: (1902-1942) British Air Commodore, son of King George V and Queen Mary. Killed in an air accident during World War II & MARINA, DUCHESS OF KENT (1906-1968) Princess of Greece and Denmark, wife of George, Duke of Kent. Vintage signed 3 x 4 photograph by both the Duke and Duchess of Kent individually, the image depicting the royal couple seated in three-quarter length poses together, the Duke holding their infant son, Prince Edward (the current Duke of Kent) in his arms. Signed ('George') by the Duke and signed ('Marina') by the Duchess, both in dark fountain pen inks to light areas at the base of the image, and dated 1935 in the Duke's hand. Neatly mounted, the photograph would appear to have been tidily excised from a Christmas greetings card. VG
