On the side there are some directions on how to use the sharpener, complete and operational and a variation to the one listed elsewhere in this auction. CONDITION: Light oxidation, but a real respectable original version, fully inscribed on the sides. (B) A very rare Chelsea mechanical pencil sharpener from Chelsea Michigan at the turn of the 20th century. CONDITION: This example has been cleaned and preserved from rust, has new sandpaper applied to the wheel, with the original pencil holding device. A nice example in very respectable condition.
