Description

Early 20th century. Carved wood with original paint and leather fringe crest. Minor edge loss, neck and wing have repairs. 17.25"l.

Condition

Neck has minor chip and small nailed repair at seam, beak (not wing) has well done repaired split and there is some putty fill with overpaint at the front, possibly from an old eye hook. Tail edge has minor nick. Traces of nailed leather tab on underside.
