Rare George III Leather-Mounted Mahogany Partner's Desk/ Architect's TableFitted with a ratchet mechanism. 30 3/4 x 5 ft. 3 in. x 38 in., closed.

Condition

Age splits through the leather top with scuffing and minor staining. Veneer losses, lifting and replacements, with age splits throughout. Hardware is probably later in date. Age split to the pull-out leather-lined slide which will need attention. In unrestored condition. With attention this could be an extraordinary desk. Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
