Handbill declaring the right of women who are next of kin to men fighting in war the right to vote at Parliamentary election on 17th December 1917. Details which women are eligible. Handwritten on verso: "I want my share of mother's estate to go to my children"; "Mary Patterson" (another penmanship). 21 x 27.5 cm.
