Hugo Lonitz Majolica Shell and Fish Tazza (Schale Delphin)
Shape no. 1219, circa 1880
Modeled as an inverted dolphin fish with green lips and sharp teeth, supporting an undulating polychrome shell dish, the base as turbulent ocean waves, impressed double fish oval mark and shape number. Height 8 1/4 inches, diameter 7 1/4 inches.
