Auch nach der Abdankung von Zar Ferdinand I. wurden dieselben Stempel mit seinem Bildnis wÃ¤hrend der gesamten Regierungszeit seines Sohnes Zar Boris III. und sogar wÃ¤hrend der Regentschaftszeit bis 1947 fÃ¼r Dekorationen verwendet. Die Medaille "FÃ¼r Ansporn zur Menschlichkeit" war zusammen mit der Medaille "FÃ¼r Lebensrettung" die erste Auszeichnung, die nach der erklÃ¤rten bulgarischen UnabhÃ¤ngigkeit im September 1908 eingefÃ¼hrt wurde.
