Bavarian Model 1889 sword, the 30.5" straight blade engraved at the center foliate etched panel "In Treue Fest" (Steadfast and True), marked at the ricasso with the knights head logo of maker W.R. Kirschbaum, Solingen, Germany, inscribed on the spine "Harld Nurnberg", likely the original owner, the basket hilt with the Bavarian lion and shield, a black composite grip, housed in steel two ring scabbard having finish loss and dents, basket with some finish loss, overall: approx. 38.5"l, 2.05lbs Start Price: $150.00
