The track "Dear Mama" topped the Billboard Hot Rap Singles chart and hit #9 on the Billboard Hot 100. "So Many Tears" and "Temptations" also charted. The album itself debuted at #1 on both the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart and Top R&B/Hip-Hop charts and also rose to top spots in many other world markets. Detailed Item Description: This 2Pac RIAA 2x Multi-Platinum award is a first presentation award that would have been manufactured in late 1995/early 1996, making it about 26 years old. It is presented to late promotions executive Marc Benesch, who headed the promotion department at Interscope when this 2Pac record was released. He also worked at Priority, Columbia and TVT Records with many other artists including Beastie Boys, Dr. Dre, Billy Joel, New Kids on the Block, Nine Inch Nails, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, and the Wallflowers.

This award is in VG to Excellent condition with only minor mars on the plexiglass and frame. It is an all original award but has been rebacked.

These are historical artifacts from the year they were produced. As a result they may show signs of wear.
