Condition
The vinaigrette is of good gauge and in good condition with mainly clearly-struck marks. The date letter is slightly mis-struck but legible.
Tthe silver and agate box is in good condition. The marks however would need to be cleaned out to be completely legible.
The gilt copper box is in good condition with typical light wear only. The tortoiseshell backing in the lid has a modern velvet backing and may be a replacement.
The rattle has been altered and it is likely that it originally had a coral teether rather than the current mother of pearl teething ring. Two of the bells are replaced and most of the originals are distorted.
