Utagawa Kunisada (Toyokuni III) (Japanese, 1786-1865), Four Mirror Woodblock Prints
Edo period (1615-1868), circa 1840, small paper format series of Kabuki actors half length in lacquer and gilt decorated mirrors wrapped with Japanese pattern fabric, publisher Iseya Kanekichi, presented loose in pairs with mounting tape to corners secured to mat in paper folders.
Each print 7 1/4 x 5 1/4 in.
