Description

Double Sided Sand Painted Wooden Trade Sign showing "C.H. Wilbur Dentist" painted across each side in Gold paint with sand painted black field. Sign is Maker Marked "L.P.W.". CONDITION: Sign is overall excellent in complete original condition showing excellent lettering in the field with excellent condition sand paint showing only minimal age wear. Sign shows a unique outer edge with excellent alligatoring to the paint along the outer edge as well as a unique insert along the outer left and right. Sign shows minimal wear along the outer edges and shows it original iron mounting hooks. An outstanding displaying example of this unique piece of wooden signage. Condition: (8.5). Dimensions: 37.25" X 19.25" X 1.5".
