WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA RETAILED COIN SILVER SPOONS, LOT OF THREE, comprising a pair of backwards-tipped fiddle-handled teaspoons each with a worn personalized engraving of "H[ow?]ard", and a dessert/soup spoon with a patterned handled having "S R Howard / Sept 18th 1853" engraved to back. Each with a maker's mark for William Gale & Son of New York City, NY and a date mark for 1852 as well as a retailer's mark for Brown & Anderson of Wilmington, NC (active 1850-1871). Total weight: 2.650 ozt. Circa 1852. 5 3/4" and 7 1/4" LOA.Â

Condition
Good to very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including nicks, one or a few dents, very slight bending, and/or minor worn spots to raised decoration/bowl tips.Â
