KENTUCKY COIN SILVER SPOONS, LOT OF TWO, each having an oval bowl on a forward-tipped fiddle handle with pointed shoulders and a personalized engraving, comprising a tablespoon by Dorland P. Armer of Richmond, KY (active 1865-1902) who also worked in Richmond, IN (active 1902-1904), and a teaspoon by Ramsey & Bro. of Louisville, KY (active 1855-1858). Each impressed with a maker's mark and a city mark. Total weight: 1.775 ozt. Third quarter 19th century. 5 3/4" and 8" LOA.Â

Armer tablespoon with significant dents to bowl, otherwise in good condition with some wear, surface scratches, and nicks; Ramsey & Bro. teaspoon in very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, and nicks, bowl with a small dent.
