Late period Roman tile mosaic, 3rd to 4th century featuring geometric patterns expertly crafted from hand cut stone tesserae. Mosaic also exhibits signs of dimensional perspective manipulation such as the recessed appearing triangles with a center 3d circle window and cubes to the corners / lower section, strong and straight lines are an early symbol of Good Luck since ancient times, the large outer parameter flanked and encircles entirely by white and cream colored tile. 37 1/4" W x 32" L
