Overall poor to fair condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, and indentations commensurate with age. Some tarnishing to metal frame. The cushion leather with scattered minor staining. The bottom cushion with scattered losses to welt cording and a loss to foam and cover at front corner approximately 3" long. Please note: studio property is sold as-is.
