Italian Ministry of War silver medal, Early 20th c., engraved by Stefano Johnson, designed by Egidio Boninsegna and Angelo Cappuccio, the obverse with eagle and Savoy coat of arms, engraved "Pro Patria et Rege" the reverse with allegorical figures of Italy, "Premio del Ministero della Guerra" and signed "S. Johnson", in original case, approx. 58mm dia, silver content unknown, approx. 3.3ozt
