Two Japanese Wakizashi in scabbards. dated from 17th C. one with incised signature to the end of blade Larger scabbard has lacquered design of a bird in nature with branches and leaves on one side. Both have raised design on the metal circular tsuba smaller sword
Overall: L. 21 3/4" (55.2 cm) longer sword overall L: (62.2 cm)

Condition: longer one is in good condition overall only losses to lacquer on scabbard, smaller sword having losses and splitting on the sheath and rust to the blade in areas.
