This is an elegant edition of the US Constitution designed by Bruce Rogers and printed at the Riverside Press, Cambridge. Numbered, limited edition, this is #337 of 440 copies. Accompanied by the original slipcase. Printed on handmade paper, and bound uncut in dark blue paper boards with the title in gold on the front cover.
Bruce Rogers (American, 1870-1957) was typographer and type designer, acclaimed by some as among the greatest book designers of the twentieth century.
From the Upstate New York estate of Marshall and Kay Lee. Marshall was a well known collector of Pre-Columbian pottery and a talented and well-respected book designer in the publishing industry.

Dings, small tears, and wear to the corners and edges of the slipcase. Some scuffing and spotting to the book cover. The publisher's insert has pin holes through the corners.
