Two unusual rustic wooden objects: The first, with long maple handle attached to a heavy burl wood ball, mid to late 19th century in newer varnish - very good condition - either a pestle or possibly a ceremonial staff - measures 5" diameter of ball x 45 1/2"L; the second a rustic and natural formed wooden walking stick (from a tree branch) with a handle in the form of a dog - very good condition, circa 1950 - measures 9"W at handle x 61"H.
