Professionally framed in wood frame with mat and Tru-Vue Museum Glass. Measures approx. 7 1/8 x 8.75 inches, window approx. 5 5/8 x 7.25 inches. The son of a Baptist preacher who had emigrated from northern Ireland, Chester A. Arthur was Americas 21st President (1881-85), succeeding President James Garfield upon his assassination.
