first quarter 20th century, mark of Wilhelm Binder for Friedlaender of Berlin, who was court jeweler for the Prussian royal family and the German Emperor from 1860, featuring a Neoclassical style .800 silver gilt reticulated oval stand with wreath ring handles and paw feet, fitted with cut crystal insert.
