Description

Discovered folded up in the bottom of one of ALBERT WHITE's show trunks decades ago was this "sultan-esque" costume gown designed by wardrobe guru MAX WELDY. There were no markings as to what year or spec this was from exactly, but it closely resembles that of the late 1950's/possibly early 1960's era of RBB&B garb. Cond C, with a few scattered missing spangles and jewels, and light soiling. It displays satisfactorily as-is.
