Description
A group of 3 photos from Ukrainian closed for public archives: The liberation of the concentration camp Auschwitz and two photos of the public execution of war criminals made by Georgiy Ugrinovich. The event took place in 1946 in Kyiv. Georgiy Ivanovich Ugrinovich, 1910 to 1989 - photojournalist for the magazine Ukraine, war correspondent for TASS in Ukraine. Author of many photo postcards. All three photographs are stamped and hand inscribed on the verso. Second World War Historical Collectibles, Holocaust Memorabilia.
