SACK BACK WINDSOR ARM CHAIR IN ORIG SURFACE NOTE OF PROVENANCE ON BOTTOM, 35 1/2" X 24" X 18"The note reads: The note attached to this chair reads: This chair belonged to Thomas Wyman, 17?? â€“ 1802 his son Thomas 1761 -1816 married Sarah White, Nov. 7th 1788, ?????????- Harriet â€“ Wyman was the 8th of their 11 children, born Dec 15, 1802- April 17th 1897(death date added later) She gave me this chair. After I have done with it I wish it to be given to Cousin Sarah Wyman, Drummondâ€™s son. I Wyman Drummond that it may be kept in the family Harriet Wyman Taber , Dec. 1st 1890. This chair is sound and sturdy, with an braided early finish.
