Fernandino bench with a walnut wood structure with smooth and warped arms, typical of the Fernandino style, and cabriole legs. The seat is covered by an upholstery that can be completely separated from the structure. The Fernandine style was developed in the decorative arts - especially furniture - in Spain during the reign of Ferdinand VII (1814-1833). It succeeded the Empire style and preceded the Elizabethan style.
