Wow! These two books are an absolute Pennsylvania / Penn Station / New York City time capsule! These books were published by the Pennsylvania Railroad in what is believed to be 1910 and feature an incredible amount of detail photos taken of Penn Station around that time period. The large photography book features 37 images and covers the interior and exterior of the station, the yards, and the new tunnels which linked Manhattan to New Jersey. All photos are stamped on the back as taken by DE W.C Ward. The pages measure 14 1/2" x 10 3/4". The cover shows some mild corner and edge wear. The second book is a smaller informational booklet which is 34 pages long and has a fair amount of information along side of smaller photos, some which are contained in the larger photo book. This smaller book is in nearly new condition with only minor corner wear. Two outstanding books with incredible photographs and information!
