Description

A group of five schedule updates on thicker cardboard for the New York, Susquehanna & Western Railroad that were posted at the depot. Two signs measure 11" x 9 1/4" - 9 1/2" and have a hole of the top for posting. Signs include New Year's Eve Special dated January 1, 1941 and Changes in Time Table effective January 1, 1941. Three signs measure 14" x 11" and have a hole at the top for posting. Signs include a Passenger Traffic Department sign with notice from the Erie Railroad dated January 1, 1942, Train Time Change dated March 24, 1941, and Erie Railroad Company 23rd Street Ferry Discontinued dated July 6, 1942. Signs vary in condition and show mild to moderate staining, discoloration along the edges, worn edges, and writing marks. See photos for best description.
