VICTORIAN APPLIED RIGAREE GLASS OPEN SALT, blue, shallow cylindrical form with two upper bands of applied colorless rigaree, polished pontil mark, fitted into a fancy silver-plate stand with leaf feet and handle terminals, hallmarks to the underside. Maker unverified. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. Stand: 3 3/4" HOA. Salt: 1 1/8" H.Â
