Symphonion Style 38at 3-disc music box with coin-operated play, housed in a beautiful walnut case with carved front panel, full gallery, and an amazing deep rich finish. The style 38 plays 3 discs simultaneously on 3 separate music movements, each with 100 teeth, two 50-note combs in the sublime harmony arrangement. The 3 discs are identified by a letter - A, B and C - with slightly different musical arrangements, and the intention was to provide an exceptional tonal volume and musical arrangement capacity. A favorite among collectors, this coin-operated version of the Style 38 is difficult to find. CONDITION: This example was in the final stages of restoration when the owner passed. The case has been refinished and all the parts are available for reassembly. Comes with a stack of discs, which are equally as difficult to find.
