comprising a serving tray (12 3/8 x 15 5/8 in.); a teapot (6 1/2 in. high); a chocolate pot (7 in. high); two creamers (5 3/4 in. and 1/2 in. high); two covered sugar bowls (4 1/2 in. and 4 in. high); three plates (5 1/4 in., 5 3/8 in., and 5 7/8 in. dia.); two teacups (3 in. high); and a teacup in another pattern (2 1/2 in. high) [13 pieces] Provenance: The Walter and Donna Conn Estate; located within the desirable estate enclave of San Marino. Designed by the renowned architect Roland E. Coate in 1929, and built for a member of the Keck family, the gated Colonial Revival home graces over an acre of meticulously manicured park-like grounds. Formerly the USC Presidential Mansion.
Condition
Overall good condition. One saucer with short, faint scratches to the center. Three to four pieces with very slight rubbed wear to gilt rims. No chips. No repairs.
