BRUCE NIGEL: (1895-1953) British character actor, remembered for his portrayal of Dr. Watson opposite Basil Rathbone in a series of Sherlock Holmes films. Vintage signed and inscribed postcard photograph, the image being a reproduction of a caricature of Bruce standing in a three-quarter length pose smoking a pipe and with his hands in his trouser pockets.
