French, late 19th - early 20th C., serpentine tantalus with burl and crossbanded mahogany bordered by ebony inlay banding, decorated to the front and top with mother of pearl, brass, and ebony arabesque marquetry panels. The hinged top and sides open to a removable gilt bronze insert with fittings for four small decanters and sixteen cordials, the decanters retaining Baccarat paper labels.
