Condition
Both the greaves have been consolidated along tear lines and cracks with vertical and horizontal bands of resin, all clearly visible on the interior of the greaves. A missing area of bronze has been restored with pale resin, visible above the proper right knee and there is also more extensive re-inforcement to the incised calf area.
