Description
A Chinese grey jade carved plaque with crane, dating from the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). A long rectangular toggle rounded at each end has a hole and ring on the top for hanging. A large crane is holding a lotus plant in the mouth facing a smaller birda with deeply carved natural details around them.
