Item Details

Description

This walking stick is a slim black metal "gentleman's" type walking stick. The handle is etched " Henry Curtis Dec 15 1874." The shaft is black metal, the handle is a medium weight gold color metal (Metal looks like the gold plated handles popular during that time. However, no metal markings found-). The design is ornate and looks to be hand punched based on the small irregularities in the fine detail. The ferrule looks like brass and has had a rubber support added. In nice aged condition.
