Description
Korea. Of baluster form, decorated in underglaze iron-brown with a sinuous three-clawed dragon wrapping around the vase`s body, amid ruyi-shaped clouds, the shoulder decorated with a lappet border below scrolling vines, and a triangular border above the foot, the interior glazed white, and the foot partially glazed.
Condition: Very good condition with minor wear, light surface scratches, and manufacturing flaws including extensive kiln grit to the base and pitting.
