Description
Five hand painted German commemorative military beer steins, late 19th and early 20th, having porcelain bodies and figural pewter lids and thumb pulls including mounted soldiers, an eagle, a lion, and foot soldiers, comprising an 1886-1889 regimental stein, a 1902-1904 122nd Regiment stein, a 1910 First Airship Battalion stein decorated with an Zepplin and an early airplane, a 1906-1908 2nd Field artillery, and a 1911-1913 17th Reserve Infantry Regiment, all with lithophane bottoms, two retaining the blue and white Kunsthaus Schrieber-Forster Bad Kreuznach label, but apparently unmarked.

All are in very good condition without chips with the 1902-4 having a firing crack that shows through the bottom but contained within and without any separation and the lid assembly has some sideways movement where it attaches to the
