Saint Prosper of Aquitaine was a 5th-century writer known for just a half-dozen works, all of which were inspired by the teachings of Saint Augustine. Prosper wrote on Gods grace, creation of the world and the history of the world, Augustines theology and doctrine. One of his best works was “Liber contra Collatorem”, a response to John Cassian focusing on the necessity of Gods grace.
This 1762 edition was translated and edited by Claude Lequeux.
