JAPANESE BLACK AND GOLD LACQUER FOUR-CASE INRO BY JOKA
Edo Period, Circa 1750
One side with decoration of a phoenix with red lacquer highlights on a pawlonia tree. Other side with a peacock with abalone highlights under wisteria blossoms. Nashiji interior. Signed and seal marked on base.
Height 3.5". Width 3.25". Depth 1".
