Four Lehigh & Hudson River Railway Annual Passes - 1896, 1897, 1898, and 1920
A group of annual passes for Lehigh & Hudson River Railway including a sequential set all signed by the president Grinnell Burt. 1896 pass No. 884 issued to Mr. Howard Boyd, shows standard signs of use with mild discoloration and moderate adhesive staining on the back. 1897 pass No. 450 issued to Mr. Hammond, Travel Agent of Philadelphia, Reading and North Carolina Railroad, shows moderate handling discoloration and a vertical crease along the left side to the right of No. 450, more visible from the back. 1898 pass No. 66 issued to Mr. Hammond, Travel Agent, shows general discoloration along the edge from handling. 1920 pass No. 282 issued to L.W. Runion, Operator Transportation Department and signed by the Vice-president & General Manager, shows minor discoloration along the edge and pencil marks on the back at the top left corner.
