The National Stamping & Electric Works was founded in 1897 by Frank L. Kohlhase in Chicago, Illinois. Its industry was electrical appliances and its headquarters remained in Chicago, Illinois. In 1947, the company was acquired by the Eureka Williams Corporation and was operated as a subsidiary until at least 1951.
