A beautiful hand paint color, and ink on paper woodblock vertical print. Edo Period, features a geisha, in a yellow kimono, practicing her pose and eyeing a bowl of fruits. Original print can be found in the 1802 series, Furyu Sake no Towamure San Bijin, by ukiyo-e artist, Kikukawa Eizan (Japanese, 1787-1867). However, this particular print is only inspired by Eizan, and the artist for this print is unknown. Title of the series on the top left. Unknown artist signature on the lower right. Publisher seal on the lower left. Print placed on mat paper. Mat: 15.5"W x 20.5"H. Sight size: 9.5"W x 14"H. Print size: 10.25"W x 14.75"H.
