Description
Manufactured in Belgium 1967. This set features 30" and 28" blued steel ventilated rib barrels, both with automatic ejectors, 2.75" chambers and twin bead sights. The 30" barrel is choked improved modified and modified. The 28" barrel is improved and improved. Engraving extends 2" up the barrel on both sides. Matching scroll and floral engraving with punch dot background on both release plates. Receiver is a blued finish that features standard Midas style engraving with 98% coverage. Right side features three embossed ducks in panel with gold wire inlay surrounding. Left side features three embossed pheasants in flight with gold wire inlay surrounding. Bottom features embossed flying quail. All other areas of the receiver feature scroll and floral engraving with punch dot background. Both sides are signed by master engraver A. Crousse. Trigger guard has matching engraving with single gold plated trigger and top tang barrel and safety selector. Stock and forend are 2X walnut with hand checkered short tang round knob pistol grip and sporting forend, at 22 LPI. Butt stock has factory Browning hard rubber butt plate. Comes in a factory Browning luggage style case. CALIBER: 12 Gauge. S/N: 79150S7. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.
Condition
Both barrels retain 98% original blue with light field use marks. Receiver retains 98% original blue. Gold trigger shows about 30% of appreciable wear. Stock and forend have faint field use marks. Good bores and mechanics. Does not appear to be a salt gun. Overall, this shotgun has been used but extremely well cared for.
